Alex Jones has revealed her newborn daughter’s name!
Appearing on the BBC One Show for the second time in a row, the TV presenter was finally able to announce the name of her third child.
Alex had planned to reveal the baby’s name on Tuesday night’s show but delayed the announcement to avoid a family faux pas.
Due to not being able to get hold of her husband Charlie Thomson’s parents to tell them first, the couple decided it’d be best not to announce the name to the public before the grandparents were told.
Officially announcing her daughter’s name as Annie, the 44-year-old video-called to speak to hosts Sam Quek and Jermaine Jenas.
“Now yesterday you promised us you’d give us a name. Have you given her a name?” Jermaine asked.
To which Alex replied: “Yes we have. Her name is Annie.”
Breastfeeding her daughter whilst speaking, Alex joked: “It’s feeding time at the zoo here.”
Referring to her other children, Jermaine then asked: “Where are the other two?”
The Welsh presenter replied: “Eating spaghetti Bolognese in the kitchen.”
Alex and her husband Charlie have two older sons – Teddy who was born in 2017 and Kit who has born in 2019.
