BBC The Outlaws: Stephen Merchant’s Hollywood actress girlfriend who starred in Magic Mike


Stephen Merchant is well-known for his part in creating the iconic series, The Office, with Ricky Gervais.

More recently the writer, director and actor has been starring in the BBC drama, The Outlaws, which follows seven bickering lawbreakers forced together on a community payback scheme before they discover a bag of cash.

What some fans might not know is that off-screen Stephen is in a long-term relationship with a fellow Hollywood actress who has starred in some big blockbuster films.

Stephen was first romantically linked to American model and actress Mircea Monroe, 39, back in June 2017, according to The Sun .

The actress is probably best known for playing Morning Randolph on the TV show Episodes, which she starred in from 2011 until 2017.

She also starred as Tansy Truitt for four years in the show Hart of Dixie, and in the TV series Impastor from 2015 until 2016.

She has also featured in a number of hit films such as the 2012 film starring Channing Tatum, Magic Mike.

Stephen has previously spoken of his struggles to find love during his time in Hollywood, reports Mail Online .

He said: “Aside from the fact that she’s great, hitting the age of 40, there’s something very pleasing about not having the endless concern about filling that part of your life. That’s a very lonely life, the life of a single person.

“There’s a lot of nights where you’re watching those DVDs on your own. [When I was single] I was spending a fortune.

“You’re going out, you’re eating three-course meals. It’s expensive, you’re overweight, you’re drinking a lot.”
