Stacey Solomon reveals £50 DIY hack that transformed her incredible kitchen


Stacey Solomon has become one of the most recognisable and beloved faces in the country since her days on the X-Factor and her adoring fan base continues to grow as she lets the public into her private life via her social media.

The star has again caught the attention of fans by sharing another intimate detail of her private life by letting them into the sanctuary where the meals are prepared for her children.

The pregnant star documented the transformation with her fans and they were left stunned by the glamorous results.

An admitted bargain-hunter, Stacey hit up Amazon and used her DIY skills to transform the small room on a serious budget – and the finished space is something to behold.

The star got to work yesterday when she decided the only way to modernise the small space was to cover up the old-fashioned counter tops.

After laying eyes on Stacey’s incredible transformation, fans flocked to Twitter to gush over the star’s talents.

“Stacey has inspired me to get my a** in gear and tidy up my home. It really doesn’t have to cost that much. She’s amazing at it,” one follower gushed.

“I love the blue paint and the shelf. It really makes all the difference,” someone else said.

Stacey and her fiancé Joe Swash have been busy renovating and redecorating their ‘forever home’ since they found their dream property earlier this year.

Stacey told fans that fiancé Joe Swash spray painted the sink white.

The couple and are expecting their first daughter at the end of the month.

This will be their second child together; Stacey’s fourth child and Joe’s third.

Zachary, 13, and Leighton, 9, are Stacey’s sons from previous relationships and Harry, 14, is Joe’s son from a previous relationship.

Rex, the pair’s first child together, was born in 2019.

Finishing her Instagram story coverage, Stacey then wrote: “I have no idea why this sink and units are even here but I thought it would be good for boys to make the most of it and learn a bit of independence.”
